We feature as guest artists at the 2026 Canberra International Music Festival.
Over four days, we dive into music brimming with personality—from the architectural brilliance of Britten’s String Quartet No. 2 to the shimmering textures of Elizabeth Younan’s Interwoven. Whether performing the evocative chamber works of Rebecca Clarke or the intricate, mercurial sound-world of Thomas Adès’s Alchymia, these programs explore the string quartet medium’s unique capacity for both intimate reflection and bold expression.
Throughout the festival, we share the stage with a world-class cohort of collaborators. We team up with pianist Timothy Young for the unbridled joy of Schumann’s Piano Quintet and unite with Lina Tur Bonet, James Crabb, and Ensemble Liaison to traverse the rhythmic landscapes of Piazzolla, Fiona Hill, and traditional folk music.
