The Australian String Quartet (ASQ) takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will use your information only in accordance with supplying information about the Australian String Quartet to you, at your request. We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to third parties.

The ASQ uses appropriate measures to secure your personal information. When you subscribe or make a donation on line, all of your personal information including your name, address, and your credit card details are encrypted using a secure server for maximum security.

Security Capabilities and Policy for Transmission of Payment Card Details
The Australian String Quartet website is implemented by I-Nex and ticketing, subscriptions and donations are powered by ArtFuel. To ensure the security of your credit card transaction, the ASQ site uses 2048 bit SSL encryption.

Your credit card information is handled by our payment provider Stripe and it is not stored or exposed to any Australian String Quartet systems at any time. Please do read the Stripe Privacy Policy statement in addition to this document.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GOODS AND SERVICES OFFERED
The financial services available through this website are online subscriptions and donations. You may use your credit card to subscribe to the Australian String Quartet or to make a donation to the Australian String Quartet Inc Public Fund. Donations are made via a tax-deductible fund listed on the Register of Cultural Organisations maintained under subdivision 30-B of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997. ABN: 13 473 627 792. A tax receipt will be issued for all donations.

REFUND POLICY
Tickets are not refundable and all sales are final once payment has been made.

Donations on line are non-refundable. In the event of a disputed transaction, or an error in the amount of the transaction contact, Angelina Zucco, Chief Executive, Australian String Quartet at or 08 8313 4775.  The currency of all transactions will be made only in Australian dollars.  Export or legal restrictions are not applicable.

NATIONAL SEASON SUBSCRIPTIONS

New and Renewing Subscribers
Subscribe by 30 November 2017 and you will automatically go in the draw to win a meal with the Quartet and three of your friends.

Renewing Subscribers
Renewing Subscribers can retain their 2017 seating if they subscribe up to and including 30 November 2017. After this date their seats will be released for sale. Seating change requests will be accommodated to the best of our ability. Where it is not possible to satisfy a change request, the original seats will be allocated.

Processing your subscription
Tickets will be allocated in date order of receipt, prioritised as follows: renewals without changes, renewals with changes, new subscriptions. Seats are subject to availability and tickets will be mailed by December 2017.

Exchange and replacement Subscriber tickets
Subscription tickets can be exchanged for different National Season concerts throughout the year, subject to availability.  Please note that ticket exchanges must be for performances in the same calendar year. Tickets are transferable and able to be replaced if you lose them.

Bonus tickets
Each subscriber household is entitled to receive two bonus tickets to introduce a guest/s to the ASQ.  You can request two tickets for one concert or one ticket for each of two concerts.  Bonus tickets will be sent at the same time as your subscription tickets.  Bonus seating is allocated separately to subscription seating.  Please note you may not be located next to your bonus ticket guests.

National Season 2018 Subscription Prize Terms and Conditions
Subscribe by 30 November 2017 you automatically go in the draw to win a meal with the Quartet and three of your friends.

Entry is free to anyone who subscribes to the Australian String Quartet National Season 2018 up to and including 30 November 2017.  Subscriptions can be made by post to by mail to Australian String Quartet, University of Adelaide 5007, online at asq.com.au, by phone on 1800 040 444 or by fax on 08 8313 4389.

The winner will be drawn at the office of the Australian String Quartet, University of Adelaide on 1 December 2017 at 12noon, and the winner will be notified no later than the 2 December 2017.

The prize consists of a meal with all members of the quartet, the prize winner and three of their friends, and the timing of the meal will be made in consultation with the Australian String Quartet.

Concession Price Type
Pensioners, Healthcare Cards (including Seniors Health Cards) and full-time students are eligible for concession.  We regret that Seniors Cards are not eligible for a concession.  Proof of status may be requested if not on file.

Single Tickets 
Single tickets for National Season 2018 will go on sale on 1 December 2017.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

National Season 2018
Should the Australian String Quartet be required to cancel an event, full refunds will apply to all patrons, otherwise, no refunds or exchanges apply.

Dunkeld Festival of Music and Margaret River Weekend of Music
If a patron cancels a booking six weeks prior to the event, the ASQ will refund the ticket price in full.  If a patron cancels a booking between six and two weeks prior to the event, a cancellation fee of 20% of the package price will apply.  If a patron cancels up to 14 days prior to the event, no refund will be offered.  Should the Australian String Quartet be required to cancel the event, full refunds will apply to all patrons.
