National Tours 1 and 2 not going ahead

In light of the continuing global COVID-19 pandemic, we regret to advise that our first and second national tours, Dvořák with Konstantin Shamray in May and Intimate Letters in July, will not go ahead.

At this stage we are still planning to carry-out our third national tour, Late Beethoven in October, and we look forward to sharing the joy of live music together again.

In the meantime, we will be as flexible as possible in responding to our subscribers’ and ticket holders’ wishes, extending the following options:

Refund – Receive a ticket refund.
Credit – Transfer the value of your tickets into credit for future ASQ concerts.
Donation – Convert the value of your tickets (or part thereof) into a tax deductible donation to the ASQ.

All ASQ+ Subscribers and ticket holders will be contacted.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and continuing support. Please do not hesitate to contact us via email or ph: 1800 040 444 should you have any questions.

Dunkeld Festival of Music cancelled

In light of this morning’s announcement from the Federal Government of an enforced ban on indoor gatherings of 100 or more, it’s with a heavy heart that we advise you that we cannot go ahead with the Dunkeld Festival of Music this year – we have no choice.

For many of us, the Dunkeld Festival and the warm and generous hospitality of our hosts in the Dunkeld community, particularly of our Patron Maria Myers AC, Allan Myers AC and the Royal Mail Hotel, is one of the highlights of our musical calendar.

We will greatly miss the gathering in Dunkeld this year, but we are committed to ensuring that exquisite Australian music-making will continue to flourish in the hands of our Quartet. We are looking at ways we may be able to do this within the constraints of the pandemic and will keep you informed of developments.

In the meantime, we will be as flexible as possible in responding to your wishes about the booking you have made with us for the Dunkeld Festival of Music. We are contacting all ticket purchasers via email.

For any queries, please phone us on 1800 040 444 or email asq@asq.com.au
